Hair Extensions

Shipping for all orders is 3-7 business days. On hand items ship within 1-2 business days.. Your order will be shipped immediately after the payment has been confirmed. Due to Covid and travel restrictions Monello KO assumes no responsibility for shipment delays once in transit. Monello KO will provide a tracking number as soon as the order has shipped. Most orders deliver within a week, unless there is a delay caused by shipping parcel. Orders over $300 will require a signature.

All sales are final! Please consider both the processing & shipping time when calculating your order arrival window. 

Monello Ko is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipment tracking number is supplied. Monello Ko will not process any refunds for any stolen or lost packages due to shipment parcel, you must contact the parcel. If you wish to have your package held please leave a message on the form below specifying this. Any requests to have package held after the processing time will be denied. When you checkout using the shop pay 4 equal installments method your processing time starts the day of your purchase. Monello Ko allows you to enjoy the products you purchase while completing your payments!

Monello Ko is not responsible for the misfit of any CUSTOM HAND-MADE wigs given the wig size was provided or specified. If you are unsure of your wig size refer to the measurement system on the wig listing.
