• To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least 7 business days before your appointment.

• Monello N Her Prime Wigs are an exception and will be delivered within 2 business days.

Signature Requirement

• Orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.

• If you wish to adjust this option, you may do so directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Final Sale Policy

• All sales are final. Please carefully review the shipping guidelines before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once a tracking number has been provided, Monello Kouture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking updates.

Shop Pay Installments

• Orders purchased using Shop Pay Installments will follow the standard shipping timelines listed above. Using Shop Pay Installments does not delay your order.
